We are looking for an inspired outdoor educator to further develop our current educational offerings, and share the responsibilities of managing and developing the Adamama farm project. The ideal candidate will have a deep Jewish identity, desire to work to develop Sydney’s Jewish farming community, and care about the mission of Adamama and Shalom. The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated, and a team player, who can work with both professional staff and volunteers.


  • Develop  and deliver educational curriculum for primary and secondary school excursion and incursion programs
  • Coordinate, recruit and deliver on the following programs
    •     Primary and secondary school excursion and incursion programs
    •     Farm visits and private workshops
    •     Farm days (working bees and workshops)
  • Work with Director of Adamama to create a communal workshop plan based on Jewish festivals, seasons , community needs and interests
  • Assist director of Adamama with general maintenance of farm
