Job description

Shalom is looking for a Program Manager to drive the development and implementation of a new program. This program will be based around the financial sector, impact investing, Jewish business ethics and Jewish learning. The Program Manager will be tasked with stakeholder management, curriculum development, recruitment, and growing the program to scale with set KPIs and growth markers. They do not need to be experts or have experience within the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver programming materials including curriculum, marketing collateral ideas (in conjunction with Marketing Director and Graphics Designer)
  • Coordinate stakeholder management of advisory committee, consultants, facilitators and participants
  • Facilitate (or recruit) elements of the program
  • Recruit participants
  • Grow the program with set KPI and growth markers

Core capabilities needed:

  • Financial awareness on areas like stock markets, investing, impact investing etc)
  • Deep Jewish identity and knowledge, or ability to upskill in knowledge
  • Stakeholder management
  • Group facilitation skills
  • Curriculum development / past involvement in informal Jewish education
