Adamama Community Garden Project is a new garden where people come together to grow, learn new skills, connect with nature and community. This community garden is private, unfenced, organic and in the hub of Bondi Junction.

Our community garden provides opportunities for young people aged 20-35 to grow food locally, learn the basics of organic gardening (including propagation, soil quality, permaculture, seed saving and more), and be part of a thriving young Jewish community. We have 20 garden pods available at 3 square meters that are FREE to rent.
Commitment:
  • Kick-off session – introduction and safety briefing
  • Quarterly Sessions – seasonal workshops and hands-on lessons
  • Ongoing maintenance of your garden pod
  • Social meetups will be optional but delicious

What you will learn:
  • Intro to permaculture
  • Growing in small spaces
  • Propagation
  • Low cost garden design
  • Germinate seeds and grow from kitchen waste
  • Compost and soil quality
  • Organic pest control
