Through Moishe House, Shalom is supporting a global link to a network of young adults, creating opportunities for them further embrace Jewish life and community.

What is ‘Shalom | Moishe house’?

Supported by Shalom, Moishe House (MoHo) Sydney is part of an international network of peer-based Jewish communities for young adults aged 22-30.

Skilled Jewish leaders, who live together, are empowered to deliver mostly home-based  Jewish engagement programs, thereby creating hub of Jewish life for their peers that is based on shared values.  

Moishe House also offers  periodic retreats at which young adults are trained in delivering great programs that they can take back to their home communities.

All Moishe Houses around the world embrace a pluralistic and welcoming approach to Jewish life, fostering leadership, creativity and community for young Jewish adults.
