Facilitators

Shahe is managing director of Young Wisdom, a content marketing company founded in 2012. He specialises in corporate video production, writing and presentation coaching. He regularly works with a diverse range of organisations, including: startups, not-for-profits, SMEs and large enterprises. In 2017, he also joined the Division of Enterprise at UNSW to help manage entrepreneur development programs for early-stage businesses led by UNSW students or alumni.

James founded Masters Academy in 2007, a training company working with NSW schools to provide best practice debating and public speaking education. His business employs more than 70 coaches who deliver over 100 classes per week in schools all over Sydney. He has developed educational resources that are in use across the state and regularly runs accredited training on debating and public speaking pedagogy for NSW teachers.

Shahe and James have together honed their pitch coaching skills over the past 3 years and recently began offering corporate pitch coaching services for internal innovation programs. They have delivered pitch coaching workshops for MBA students, startup entrepreneurs and corporate leaders at: AGSM, Scentre Group, Mirvac, Innovation Dojo, Ribit and more. They have judged and/or mentored in various startup pitching competitions and regularly volunteer to spread their unique perspectives on persuasive communication in business.
