Keynote Speaker: Ros Ben-Moshe

Ros Ben-Moshe is a laughter therapist and founder of Laughlife wellbeing programs. She is also the author of ‘Laughing at cancer: How to heal with Love, laughter and mindfulness‘. Ros works as a Wellbeing Consultant specialising in Laughter Wellness, Positivity and Mindfulness.

Yoga Instructor: Kelsey Hendrickson

As a recovering New Yorker, stress head and former corporate marketing professional, she has personally seen the tremendous healing power of yoga. Her passion is teaching therapeutic sessions for people managing stress, anxiety and other health issues. She personalises the tools of yoga – postures, breath work, meditation and relaxation – to help you find self awareness.
