Elijah Holland will give us an exclusive behind-the-scenes cooking demo and tell us how he developed the menu inside the Sha’Box!

We’d love to invite you to join us to sample Elijah’s delicious food while packing the Sha’Boxes over a glass of wine or two!

 

About our chef

Elijah Holland got his big break working in Australia’s top restaurants – Aria, Jonah’s, Fish Face and Quay to name a few.

He became a sous chef at the age of 19 and went on to open the restaurant The Powder Keg at the age of 21!
