Shalom PJ Library had the great pleasure of hosting an Educators Workshop facilitated by authors Hanoch Piven and Shira Hecht-Koller.

Inspired by the newly released book ‘Dream Big, Laugh Often’ as a tool for teaching, Hanoch Piven introduced our amazing group of Jewish Educators to his unique method of collage portraiture. Shira and Hanoch delivered insightful and practical content on how to think about art as education, and its similarities to textual/Biblical study.

We learned and had a unique opportunity to share our own creations in this interactive workshop.
