Administration Role

Shalom is a tight knit communal organisation devoted to the incubation of programs and ideas that intersect secular lived experience and Jewish life and culture. We live and breathe art, culture, and community. We are looking to engage an Administrator to assist our Director of Programs and Staff in their day to day roles.

THE ROLE

  • Complete administratrive tasks for the Director of Programs including but not limited to Word processing, Powerpoint presentations, CRM, booking appointments, and stakeholder management
  • Manage administration of external systems
  • Manage the administration of event bookings including groups, schools and venues etc
  • Manage ordering and supplies
  • Collate invoicing details for Book keeper

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently
  • Ability to work with stakeholders
